Your files stay on your machines
Each person indexes their own folders locally. There is no pooled index of your company's documents on our servers. Search excerpts go to the AI assistant each person chooses.
Aligned with SOC 2 criteria, not audited
We are preparing for SOC 2 and use its Trust Services Criteria as our control checklist. No audit has been performed yet and no SOC 2 report exists. We are targeting a Type I report in Q1 2027.
Questionnaires answered truthfully
We keep a written control matrix and a standard security-questionnaire answer set. Where a control is missing, the answer says so, with a target date.
Pricing
Volume pricing starts from about $2–6 per seat per month, depending on seat count and whether your team uses managed embeddings. We quote it directly; there is no self-serve enterprise checkout.
